By accessing and using Feedble, users agree to comply with these Terms of Service. Violations may result in content removal, temporary suspension, or account termination.

2. User Conduct and Responsibilities

Feedble users must adhere to community standards and refrain from actions that harm, disrupt, or infringe upon others’ rights. Responsibilities include:

1. Respectful Engagement: Users must avoid posting abusive, defamatory, or misleading content.
2. Content Ownership and Rights: While users retain ownership of content they post, they grant Feedble a non-exclusive, transferable license to display, distribute, and use the content as necessary for platform operation.
3. Account Security: Users must safeguard their account information and promptly report unauthorized access to Feedble.

3. Content Restrictions

Feedble prohibits content that is unlawful, infringing, or harmful, including hate speech, violence, sexually explicit material, and misleading information. Feedble may remove or restrict such content without prior notice to maintain a safe community.

4. Data Deletion and Termination

1. Post and Message Deletion: Users may delete individual posts, messages, and content. Once deleted, this information is permanently erased.
2. Account Termination: Users may delete their accounts at any time. Account deletion is immediate, irreversible, and results in the permanent removal of all user data from Feedble’s servers.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

Feedble provides services “as-is” and disclaims warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from service interruptions, data loss, or any content issues.
